We are delighted to announce, that enrolment for our Summer Kids Camp is now open. The camp will take place August 10th till the 14th, 9am-1pm.

 

Our main objectives and focus will be placed on self-defense techniques, overall fitness development and anti-bullying program, all provided in a safe and friendly environment.

 

Our coaching team Jarek, Samara and Steven are beyond excited and very much looking forward to this new venture. We hope it will become an annual event, as we like to offer our "Junior Warriors" something new, different and refreshing. That, hopefully, will keep them interested and motivated to continue the martial arts/wellness journey that is so beneficial from early age.

This camps main focus will be placed on self-defence techniques, overall fitness development and our anti-bullying program, all provided in a safe and friendly environment.

 

Our coaching team Stephen Samara and Jarek are excited and very much looking forward to this event. We hope it will become an annual winter event, as we wish to offer our "Junior Warriors" something new, different and refreshing. To keep them interested and motivated to continue their martial arts journey and stay physically active for many years to come.

Guillotine Masterclass!

Tom is European ADCC champion and the first Irish to qualify for the most prestigious no-gi tournament “ADCC World Championships” and probably the best no-gi competitor in Ireland right now!

Tom is our local friend born in Limerick where he started his BJJ career. Tom spends lots of his time now training in Fight Sports Miami where he has received his BJJ black belt  from Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu.
